  • The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the email or ID they enter.
  • Delivery details are shown only on the order page and in a direct Telegram message; we will never ask for your password.

Bans on dedicated accounts

Dedicated account warranty: If, during the subscription term, the account loses its subscription and reverts to the free plan, we will upgrade the account again; or, if reactivation isn't possible, we refund the amount for the remaining days.

However, whether an account gets banned depends on how the user uses it and is outside our control, so we cannot offer a warranty against bans.

After activation

After activation, no exchange or refund is possible except in the cases covered by the warranty; please choose carefully before you buy.

ChatGPT Plus terms

Terms of use

  • Shared plan: A ready-made ChatGPT Plus account is shared among several users. Chat history is visible to the other users, the account details cannot be changed, and you may sign in on 1 device only.
  • Shared plan limits: At certain hours there may be limits on sending messages or creating images, which usually clear after a few hours. The usage capacity of the Work or Codex section may be used up by other members of the account; this is not covered by the warranty. If a phone number is required to sign in to Codex, the user is responsible for providing one.
  • Dedicated plan: The subscription is activated on an account with your own personal email. You can change the account details and sign in from several devices.
  • Activation with a token: For the dedicated plan, you need to send the account token, and there is no need for anyone to sign in to your account. Instructions for getting and sending the token are sent to you after you place your order. Occasionally ORGSELL does need to sign in to the account; this is arranged through support.
  • Delivery time: Activation usually takes 3 to 24 business hours, and 48 hours at most. If it takes longer than 48 hours, you can cancel the order and get a full refund. Cancelling before 48 hours is handled under ORGSELL's refund rules.

Warranty

  • Shared plan: 27-day warranty.
  • Dedicated plans: 30-day warranty. If the subscription reverts to the Free plan during the warranty period, the amount for the remaining days is refunded or, where possible, the subscription is reactivated. This is the only case the dedicated plan warranty covers.

Not covered (dedicated plans)

  • Identity verification: a request from OpenAI to verify your identity.
  • Incorrect information: sending the wrong email or activation token.
  • IP and VPN: constantly changing your IP address or using an unreliable VPN.
  • Policy violations: the account being banned for violating OpenAI's policies.

This service is paid for with a gift card, and if the account is banned, the gift card amount is not returned to ORGSELL either; for this reason, a refund is not possible. Account bans have nothing to do with ORGSELL's payment method: a payment problem does not get an account banned, it only returns the subscription to the free plan, which is covered by the warranty.
